Developed in conjunction with industry to take the complex time consuming calculations, design and manufacturing phases out of producing transport worms.  Transport worms are used to deliver products quickly and in the right orientation for downstream processing.

Easy to use, Just by setting up the system parameters, the complex worm shape is visually generated and the NC-Program is produced.  Effective, By utilising better 4-axis machining methods the worm is generated quicker and with a superior accuracy and surface finish allows the objects to be run faster through the system.  Efficiency, Automation of the design and NC Programming process reduces the design to manufacture time from days to minutes.
