Handling Complex Data
ESPRIT through the feature recognition can machine complex geometry or even profiles simply by selecting the required profile/part.  For parts that have a top and bottom profile only ESPRIT can create match lines and machine between the two.  By using the internal simulation complex shapes can be checked for collisions and modified before committing to the machine tool.

Order
For cutting multiple profiles in one sheet or block of material the profiles can be programmed then either rearranged easily and quickly to nest to the raw material or the order changed to provide unmanned scheduling and maximising machine time and material usage.
